Our recruitment services are offered on a contingency basis, meaning there are no upfront recruitment fees. We are only paid once a successful candidate begins employment with your organization.
We stand behind every placement. If a candidate leaves or does not meet the agreed expectations during the guarantee period, we provide a one-time replacement in accordance with the terms of our service agreement.
